INNER IMAGES OF SHELTER AND COMFORT – Workshop Offer
A workshop on self-care, imagination and helpful inner images.
Inner images of shelter and comfort
Dr. Helga Janzen combines impulses from biography, culture and psychology with practical exercises in imagination.
The focus is on self-care, inner calm and the question of how supportive inner images can be developed and used in everyday life. The workshop offers space for personal experience, perception and exchange.
We are looking for a suitable venue for this offer in Dortmund or a neighbouring city.
